Job Title: Support Worker - Supported Living
Location: Market Harborough
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £12.71 per hour /
plus an additional £11.44 per hour for sleep ins -£26,436.80per annum - £42,498.56
Shifts: Shifts are 07:00-22:00 / 22:00-07:00 (2:1 and 1:1)

Support Workers to join a high-quality Supported Living service supporting adults aged 1865 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, sensory impairments and physical disabilities.
This is a varied, meaningful role where youll work closely with individuals in their home and community, helping them build confidence, develop skills and enjoy new experiences.
What youll be doing- Providing person-centred support in all areas of daily living
- Supporting with personal care, household tasks, cooking, cleaning and maintaining a safe home
- Encouraging independence through budgeting, life skills and community access
