The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £32,000 per year (Depending on your current skill level).
* Hours: Monday – Friday (Plus a fair Saturday morning rota).
* Holiday: 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.

What You Will Be Doing
* Hands-on Learning: Performing vehicle servicing and light mechanical repairs to high standards.
* Tech Development: Learning to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern tools.
* MOT Support: Assisting with MOT checks and vehicle health inspections under supervision.
* Variety: Working on everything from standard cars and vans to high-spec 4x4s and SUVs.
* Safety First: Verifying all completed work to ensure 100% customer safety and compliance.
