Responsibilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of network projects (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, security, cloud connectivity, etc.).
* Translate business requirements into delivery plans, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets using appropriate delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Ensure smooth deployment of network upgrades, migrations, and expansions across multiple sites.
* Coordinate with architecture, engineering, operations, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
* Act as the primary point of contact for network delivery‑related communications.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and service providers.
* Drive vendor accountability for on‑time and quality delivery.
* Provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership and project governance forums.
Quality, Compliance & Governance
* Ensure all network delivery activities comply with company standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
* Oversee testing, validation, and documentation to support operational readiness.
* Support change management processes, including CAB (Change Advisory Board) submissions and risk reviews.
* Identify opportunities to streamline network delivery processes and improve efficiency.
* Contribute to the development of network delivery standards and best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering network projects in medium to large‑scale environments.
* Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies, such as:
* Routing & Switching (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper)
* Firewalls and network security
* Wireless networks
* Experience coordinating cross‑functional technical teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
* Experience working with external network vendors/carriers.
* Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
Skills
* Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, DNA Center, etc.).
* Experience delivering large‑scale network transformations or cloud migrations.
