The Role
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is driven by excellence, passionate about guest experience, and motivated by the pursuit of Michelin-level standards.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in building, leading, and inspiring a small, high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence on the floor, attention to detail, and connection with both guests and team will define the success of the restaurant.
You will be instrumental in creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver their very best-every single day.

We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in premium or fine-dining environments, ideally with Michelin exposure
Is passionate about delivering exceptional, detail-driven guest experiences
Has a strong ambition to be part of a journey towards Michelin recognition
Leads from the front-hands-on, visible, and supportive
Builds genuine relationships with both guests and team members
Thrives in a small team where collaboration and accountability are key
Is calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
