The Role Support compliance of the controls framework that mitigates specific areas of risk across the service line Support with actions for mitigation of areas of risk Support with creation, maintenance and review of accurate and professional internal procedure documents. Assist with managing areas of non-compliance Assist with the management and control of changes to existing procedures and new procedures Support with creation of payroll newsletters Support with the update of payroll intranet pages on Hive and BRian. Support with the maintenance of control Teams channels, folders, and documents and communications. Develop relationships with payroll teams, and company colleagues. Engage and communicate with payroll colleagues and wider Azets colleagues. Keep up to date with industry changes through service line information and independent research. Skills Payroll knowledge Experience of procedure or document writing Knowledge of identifying areas of risk - desirable Experience of collaborating with colleagues Skills Attention to detail and accuracy across both manual and systems-based work. A natural ability to coordinate, prioritise and multitask own work Strong customer focused approach to support the Payroll Services operation. Ability with support to be neutral, impartial and objective for the benefit of the business Ability to manage issues by Teams, telephone, and email. Be able to adapt to a highly changeable environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Contribute to own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications. Previous payroll administration experience essential.
