This picturesque village gastro pub is seeking a creative and talented Chef de Partie to join their dedicated kitchen team. The establishment prioritizes locally sourced produce, often from their own land, and prides itself on seasonal game dishes prepared on-site by professional chefs.
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Work under the guidance of the Head Chef in an inspiring kitchen environment.
* Possess NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent, with experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Be passionate about food, presentation, and maintaining hygiene standards.
* Be based in or willing to relocate to the UK, with valid right to work.
