What you will do:
Note that this is a primarily office-based role (~4 days per week).
We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Marketing to own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for our business. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders in the Growth, Customer Engagement, Product, and Operations teams to develop a marketing strategy and build scalable, data-driven marketing campaigns and operational processes that deliver results against some of our most important business objectives. You will have an opportunity to innovate across a wide range of marketing channels and disciplines – including email, social media, LinkedIn, webinars, paid search, podcasts, external communications & PR, and product marketing – and you will manage a small team of marketing and communications professionals to support you in achieving these objectives.
The successful candidate is someone who can simultaneously build an end-to-end marketing strategy while taking a hands-on approach to marketing execution and delivery. You are a seasoned leader of people with strong analytical & data skills who can lead a team in testing, learning, and iterating on a program of marketing activities in a rapidly changing business environment, and you’re comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting with a diverse, geographically spread group of stakeholders. Beyond the day job, we are looking for candidates who share our enthusiasm about the potential for Zero100 to have a positive impact on the supply chain profession and (more broadly) the planet.
Core responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and optimize an end-to-end marketing strategy for the business.
* Build and maintain a multi-channel marketing campaign calendar.
* Manage a small team in delivering digital marketing campaigns that support specific sales objectives.
* Develop experiments to continuously improve performance and ROI for company-wide marketing activities.
* Develop actionable, impactful, and data-driven marketing insights and reports from raw data sources.
* Support in-depth business strategy reviews and present results and learnings to the Senior Leadership Team.
* Earn trust at all levels of the organization through high quality written and verbal communication.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of marketing experience.
* 3+ years of people management experience.
* A strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing concepts, frameworks, and tools.
* Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs and campaigns from concept to completion.
* Experience using customer research and data to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn and experiment in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
* Product marketing experience.
* Knowledge of data management concepts and tools, including SQL and/or PowerBI.
* Experience using systems and tools for targeting, segmentation, and reporting - including email, web, analytics, and CRM (ie, Salesforce).
* Experience with event marketing or audience acquisition marketing.
* Experience working in a start-up and/or scale-up environment.
