The Opportunity
This is your chance to lead a dynamic team of analysts tackling complex engineering challenges in structural, thermal, and vibration domains. You'll be instrumental in ensuring their designs are robust, efficient, and truly world-class pushing the limits of technology.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and planning all CAE activities across projects, including FEA and multiphysics simulations.
* Coaching and mentoring a growing team of CAE engineers, nurturing technical excellence and innovation.
* Defining and implementing engineering processes and certification methodologies.
* Supporting product development from concept through to validation and launch.
* Interfacing with project, R&D, quality, customer, and supply chain teams to deliver cutting-edge products.
* Driving optimisation across mass, strength, and manufacturability.
* Supporting root cause investigations and continuous product improvement.
