Application Process
Applying online is simple. Fill in some basic details, upload your CV, and complete a Situational Judgement Test if applying for a Service Assistant role. Prepare for your interview by reviewing our careers page and visiting your local Trade Counter. The interview will involve competency questions and a discussion about your experience and knowledge of Screwfix. It may be conducted via phone or video call, followed by a store visit.
Offer and Onboarding
If selected, we will extend an offer. After acceptance and completing pre-employment checks, you'll receive your contract and become part of our team.
