Job Description Summary
We are seeking a technical, client-focused Lead Solutions Specialist to join our Services team. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of emerging energy industry trends and their impact on utilities to support our GridOS deployments and work closely with customers to understand and define their requirements, develop technical proposals, and implement GE digital solutions. As a "Lead Services Engineer - GridOS," you will act as the technical lead and an individual contributor, involved in software implementation, design and configuration of data models, troubleshooting, customizations, upgrades, and system integration. You will tailor GridOS modules to meet customer needs, requiring a strong understanding of electrical network data structures, GIS technologies, and SCADA/ADMS systems.

It transforms real-time data into actionable insights, integrating energy data, network modeling, and AI/ML analytics to enhance grid reliability, resilience, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of GridOS solutions, owning technical deliverables across project lifecycle phases.
* Collaborate with utility clients to identify technical requirements and estimate efforts.
* Contribute to requirements gathering, gap analysis, and design of data models for electrical networks.
* Coordinate with project teams on application changes, data pipelines, and system integration.
* Ensure data quality, perform testing, and support go-live activities.
* Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in technical execution.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Significant experience in industrial systems, software analysis, and design.
* Proficiency with web technologies, databases, and software development tools.
* Experience with data modeling, GIS, and electrical network systems.
