Optime Group is looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to support a major logistics operation based in Avonmouth. You’ll be driving between sites, supporting general logistics and transportation across a well-organised network. This role is ideal for professional drivers looking for stable, ongoing work with excellent pay and structured shifts. Start Date: April 2026 - Immediate paid training following driving assessment. What's on Offer: Rate of Pay: £18.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday To Friday 10/11pm Start Shift Time: Between the hours of 22:00 pm to 12:00 pm (9 to 12-hour shifts) Overtime: (after 45 hours per week): £22.00 per hour Night rate bonus: Additional £10 per shift for start times between 00:00 – 04:00 Weekly pay: (Every Friday) Temp to Perm: (performance-based) Key Duties: Transporting goods safely between sites, including large retail partners such as B&M, TK Maxx, Boots and Superdrug. Completing pre- and post-vehicle checks and promptly reporting any defects. Ensuring all transport documentation and digital logs are completed accurately. Maintaining full compliance with driving regulations and company policies. Following scheduled routes and working to time-sensitive delivery windows. Acting as a professional representative of both the client and the logistics operation.
