Reward Partner
* 12 Month FTC
* £60K - £70K per annum
* Remote based from Manchester / Leeds / Birmingham / Bristol
Forward Role is working with a well-established, partnership-led professional services organisation to recruit a Reward Partner into their growing Reward function.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Head of Reward, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in delivering complex compensation and reward projects at scale.
As the Reward Partner, you'll take ownership of a range of compensation-focused initiatives, with particular emphasis on:
* Market benchmarking and job evaluation
* Job architecture and framework embedding
* Annual pay and bonus review cycles
* EU Pay Transparency projects
* Reward modelling and analysis
You'll be hands-on with data, comfortable working with confidential information, and confident in translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
* Proven experience in a Reward / Compensation role, ideally within professional services or a partnership-led organisation
* Strong working knowledge of WTW / Towers Watson job evaluation methodologies
* Experience with job architecture and benchmarking programmes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong project management capability
* Advanced Excel skills (including lookups, pivot tables and modelling)
* Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
