Rowanpark Care Home is a modern, traditionally built home in Radstock, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for 50 residents.
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and organised Activities Coordinator to bring energy, creativity, and fun into residents' lives. Experience in care is not essential – passion, dedication, and the ability to build relationships with residents are key.

What You Will Do
You will plan and deliver engaging daily activities and monthly programmes that encourage residents to stay active, maintain hobbies, and enjoy social connections. You will get to know residents' preferences and adapt activities to meet their individual needs, supporting wellbeing and inclusion. You will maintain records of activities and ensure each session adds value to residents' daily lives.
