Job Introduction

The training programs are designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Coaching and development are provided by your Restaurant General Manager (RGM), helping you lead your first shift quickly.

Main Responsibilities
In the role of Shift Leader, you'll be the captain of our pizza-loving team, ensuring smooth operations, happy customers, and a positive work environment. Your leadership, collaboration, and organization will support an efficient pizza-making process.
As the supervisor of the shift, you'll ensure team clarity on tasks and deadlines, manage processes and technology, and help deliver pizzas efficiently.
With your attention to detail, you'll oversee product quality, freshness, and adherence to standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
You'll be a motivator and mentor for team members, providing timely feedback and recognition, and leading by example with clear communication. Training and uplifting new team members will be a major part of your role.

The Ideal Candidate
Being a Shift Leader requires strong leadership, a passion for pizza, and the ability to connect with people. You will receive comprehensive training to become an effective team coach and ensure an excellent customer experience.
You likely already possess many of the qualities needed for this role, including a love for pizza and people, and a mindset focused on growth and teamwork. Ongoing learning opportunities are available on the job, online, and in classroom settings.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Becoming a guru of standards and procedures, consistently delivering high performance on every shift.
* Coaching and guiding team members to unleash their potential.
