Teaching Personnel is seeking Cover Supervisors to support a range of diverse and welcoming schools across Staffordshire. Role Overview:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers across a variety of subjects.
* Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure school policies are upheld.
* Support students with their learning, ensuring they remain on task.
* Work flexibly across different schools, gaining valuable experience in both primary and secondary settings.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people (coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.).
* Strong classroom presence with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage behaviour effectively and build positive relationships.
