Experience supporting people with complex behaviours and a range of health needs, including diabetes management. A strong understanding and application of person-centred active support practices. A strong advocate for the people we support and their families/carers, through building meaningful and trusting relationships. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and foster a positive, cohesive team environment.
