Responsibilities
* As a Retail Colleague (Retail Assistant at Lakeland), you’ll help customers in-store and bring theatre to the retail experience with your enthusiasm.
* Use lived-in knowledge of our products to demonstrate benefits and relate them to customers’ needs.
* Present Lakeland products in a way that highlights their unique advantages and engages customers on the shop floor.
* Be a proactive team member who contributes to a positive, customer-focused store environment.
