You will also provide key support in the delivery of holistic financial planning services across a range of areas including tax, investments, retirement, and estate planning. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong, proactive relationships Support financial planners across all areas of advice, including tax, investment, retirement, and estate planning Prepare for and attend client meetings, producing accurate notes and follow-up documentation Coordinate the preparation of suitability reports with outsourced providers Conduct regular client portfolio reviews and ensure timely updates based on changing priorities Ensure the seamless implementation of recommendations with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning tools, platforms, and regulatory developments Collaborate closely with colleagues across the group to ensure a cohesive client service approach About You: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a paraplanning, client services, or similar financial planning role Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning tools (e.g., FE Analytics, Selectapension, CashCalc, AJ Bell, Aegon) Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering first-class service Chartered or part-chartered status would be advantageous
