You'll be joining a specialist boutique disputes firm in Central London, recognised for its expertise in complex commercial litigation, fraud, and trust matters. As a 3-5 PQE Associate, you will work across a diverse caseload that reflects the firm's core strengths. Around 70% of your work will be litigation, including commercial disputes, civil fraud claims, and contentious trusts matters. The remaining 30% will be arbitration, including LCIA, ICC and ad-hoc proceedings. You'll enjoy meaningful responsibility from the outset, with opportunities to run matters, develop client relationships, and contribute strategically to high-stakes disputes.What you'll need to succeed
* 3-5 years' PQE (guidelines only) gained at a strong dispute practice and with qualification in England and Wales.
* Solid grounding in commercial litigation.
* Experience or exposure to civil fraud, asset tracing, or trust litigation.
* Familiarity with international arbitration is beneficial.
* Strong drafting, analytical ability, and sound judgment.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and an interest in varied, complex work.
