We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the Barclaycard Payments Transformation Programme. This multi-year initiative is carving out core parts of the payments business into a new legal entity, requiring regulatory licensing, new operational structures, and the creation of core finance and enterprise function

* ses.Design and validate Target Operating Models (TOM) for finance and operational contr
* ols.Contribute to the regulatory license application process by defining requirements, controls, and operational readin
* ess.Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficienc
* ies.Support the design of responsibilities and operating models for finance operations teams (10+ F
* TE).Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure requirements are translated into deliverab
* les.Provide clear documentation, gap analysis, and process mapping to support programme deliv
ery.
