Job Duties:
* Supervise students in the absence of a teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher
* Assist with any administrative tasks as required
* Report back to the school on the students' behaviour and work completed
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young people
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment, following school hours and term times. The supervisor may need to adapt to various classroom settings and student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
