Individual will have a very exciting role to play in our store, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, accessories and repair. Mainly, you are expected to maximise sales and repair bookings by utilising product knowledge and ultimately providing an excellent customer service.
Working pattern:
· Saturday: 9-17:30
· Sunday 10-14:00

Experience: Sales and customer service experience is required, min 3 years, preferably in phone industry.

Your responsibilities will be to:
* Maximise sales and repair bookings using excellent service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
* Deliver an individualised excellent service experience for every customer
* Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
* Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
* Open and close store, receive delivery, keep the shop presentable and organised
* Restock items: order sold items, repair parts, customer orders and new items/devices.
* Book repairs, call up repair customers.
Age: 18 or over
Selection Process: 10-20 mins face to face interview. If shortlisted then the candidate will be invited for a trial day/s (one full day or two short days which are unpaid) to observe how the candidate deals with customers, and also for the candidate to get a feel of what its like working at Tech Corner.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to provide a reference from a recent employer, as well as a valid basic DBS check.
