Senior Commercial Lead Responsibilities: * Oversee and review the commercial performance of projects from inception to completion. * Ensure accurate and timely submission of CCS reporting. * Drive projects to deliver the best value solutions, on time and within budget. * Manage the commercial control of your allocated division. * Lead the collation, review, and management of actions arising from monthly cost reviews. * Support and develop your commercial team, fostering continuous improvement and technical growth. * Ensure projects are closed out to the company’s best commercial advantage. * Regularly review and improve business processes and working practices. Senior Commercial Lead Requirements: * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a related field. * Ideally, MEP/CSA Package experience working with a Main Contractor or recognisable specialist engineering contractor * 8 years of experience in a Commercial Manager role, ideally on large, fast-paced projects. * Mission-critical project experience is desirable but not essential. * Proven experience in leading and managing commercial teams.
