You will be working across 2 BTR schemes consisting of residential apartments and will assist in driving the performance of the site.

Your Responsibilities:
* Keep properties in top-notch condition with expert maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
* Respond swiftly to emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
* Lead preventative maintenance to safeguard assets and enhance resident satisfaction
* Prepare vacant units for new residents, maintaining high standards
* Work closely with the property management team to elevate their communities
Your Requirements:
* 3+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in residential or BTR environments
* Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service
* A commitment to safety and excellence
