⚡ Recruitment Administrator

⚡ Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
CERAP UK are looking to build on the success of the past 2 years, and are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team at our Central Bristol office.
This role comes with a clear progression plan, starting out as a Recruitment Administrator, we want you to end up managing the full recruitment cycle, and become CERAP UK's Recruitment Specialist.
What we’re looking for;
🖊️ Attention to detail; We serve a variety of different clients within the Nuclear Sector, with multiple requirements at the same time, but you must still provide consistently high quality service whilst juggling with different recruitment projects. This is important when submitting candidates, as each company has a set requirement of how the CV's are submitted, and what information must be provided.
🖊️ Organisation; As we serve multiple clients that have multiple recruitment projects, each with there own deadlines to meet, you will have to be organised, and prioritise which recruitment projects need your attention.
🖊️ Open to learning; This opportunity will come with hands on training, and a chance to gain excellent experience in recruitment, so we would want you to be open to new ways of working. This works both ways, as we’d want your input of ways you think we can improve (systems, processes, software). Some of the best new processes have come from people new to the industry, as they bring a different perspective and different mindset.
This is an entry level role, so if you're a fresh graduate, or someone that is looking to start their career, you don't need any recruitment or administrative experience.
