Job Description
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
3. Assist customers with varied queries, aiming for first contact resolution.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through positive, professional interactions.
7. Liaise with engineers when necessary.
8. Stay updated with product knowledge, regulations, and company policies.
