Note: this role will involve 1–2 days per week working from our offices in Poole, Dorset.

Our Benefits

* 28 days holiday plus an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to a maximum of 33 days, plus bank holidays
* Health Cash Plan after probation, including access to a private GP
* Free life insurance from day 1 covering up to 4x your salary
* Pension contributions after 3 months
* Flexible benefits after probation (e.g., extra holiday, dental, health plan top‑up, bikes, gym membership, electric car, etc.)
* Learning and development opportunities
* Volunteer days – 3 paid volunteer days a year, with 2 dedicated to education

By joining us, you will become part of a community dedicated to transforming lives and sustaining communities, where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your individuality is celebrated.
