Our client is a great place to work with a fast paced culture.The role of Talent Acquisition Partner -Project, is required on an initial 6-month fixed term contract as a critical enabler to deliver our clients business strategy across a key division, delivering a robust talent acquisition strategy which attracts middle to senior talent.
This a key role for a talented and ambitious individual to bring a fresh thinking, thought leadership and an operational approach to attraction, working closely with the HR Business Partners. This is an outstanding opportunity to led a key resourcing project, whilst driving high performance in a multi-site, operational environment. The successful incumbent will work at all levels and have the opportunity to make a real difference to the future success of this fast paced business, ensuring the realisation of the organisations values and vision to be an employer of choice.
