Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred medical care in hospice and community settings
* Undertake comprehensive palliative care assessments and management plans
* Communicate sensitively and effectively with patients, carers, and families
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning
* Provide telephone advice to community teams, local GPs, and hospital palliative care colleagues
* Work independently, with access to consultant support (including virtual supervision)
* Engage in ongoing learning, service development and clinical governance activity

What We’re Looking For
* Full GMC registration
* Minimum of two years postgraduate clinical experience
* Strong interest in palliative and end-of-life care
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working with virtual consultant support

Person Specification
Qualifications Skills Knowledge and Experience
* Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
* Completion of relevant specialty training (e.g. Core Medical, GP)
* Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
* Accredited teaching or supervision qualification
* Diploma or MSc in Palliative Medicine or equivalent
