The successful candidate will provide support and training for Operations staff covering field devices, applications and processes. K ey Responsibilities: - Be the expert in all Field Systems applications, providing support to operational staff and managers.- Deliver training on Field Systems applications, including the creation and maintenance of associated training materials.- Provide support to all Field Operations users, including initial training and early life support for field colleagues as well as refresher training for existing users.- Supporting NPg Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations and pilots.- Liaise with IT and service providers regarding faults, issues, functionality and improvement initiatives on Field Systems applications.- Assist with the design and production of digitised forms or mobile data capture processes.- Support various programmes such as BHE Transformation, Powerlink and any associated software or applications used by field colleagues.
