About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3–5 who face emotional and behavioural challenges. Working closely with teaching staff and the school’s pastoral team, you'll help implement tailored strategies that encourage engagement, boost self-esteem, and promote academic progress.
