THE ROLE:


This newly created Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into the commercial side of the dental and wider healthcare industry. The role focuses on generating and nurturing new business opportunities, supporting the growth of the UK customer base, and working closely with both marketing and field sales teams. You'll be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building lasting relationships with dental and surgical professionals, and recommending product solutions tailored to clinical needs. As the first point of contact for many customers, you'll play a vital role in representing the brand, managing leads via the CRM system, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position involves selling devices that support dental, veterinary and surgical procedures products designed to enhance clinical performance and user comfort. This role is office based 5 days per week, working 9-5pm.


THE PERSON:


* This is an excellent opportunity for someone with phone based B2B sales experience and ideally a scientific / healthcare background who wants to build a commercial career in the medical devices sector.
* You may hold a science or biomedical-related degree and have experience in consultative, solution-based sales process via the phone.
* A strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential, as you'll be the voice of the company to a wide range of healthcare professionals.


THE PACKAGE - Sales Development Representative (SDR):


* Basic salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
* Bonus: £5,000 annual performance-based bonus
* Benefits: Pension, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus stats
* 5 Days pw in the Wakefield office
