Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Advisor

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service / Sales Advisors at our Bristol sites.

About the role:
We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.
Responsibilities day to day:
* Welcoming guests into the showroom and engaging with them to discuss requirements.
* Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager
* Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager.
* Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty.
* Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork.
About you:
* Full UK Manual Drivers Licence – held for a minimum of 2 years.
NB Provisional or Automatic driving licences are not acceptable
* Customer centric attitude.
* Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to build strong rapport with customers.
* Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis).
* 2 years' experience in a customer facing service role.
* Previous retail sales experience.
* Located within Bristol.
