What We're Looking For:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in supporting pupils with SEND needs
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and its delivery
* An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
* A passion for inclusive education and fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support for students with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and meet their individual learning needs
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students
* Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance
* Promote students' personal, social, and academic development in line with the school's ethos
