We're looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong graphics focus to join our growing team at Safer Sphere.
Safer Sphere is a specialist Health & Safety and Building Safety consultancy working across the construction and building safety sector. Our work helps create safer places to work, and the quality of our output really matters.
This is an exciting time to join our HQ team. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Bid Manager, leading on graphic design while also supporting wider marketing activity across the business. It's a hands-on role, ideal for someone creative who enjoys variety and wants to grow within a fast-moving environment.
The role
This is a broad marketing role, with graphic design at its core. You'll be involved in both day-to-day delivery and new initiatives, including:
Graphic design & brand
* Creating and updating InDesign content for bids and proposals (CVs, brochures, case studies, organograms)
* Developing and maintaining branded templates and assets
* Designing digital and print advertising materials
* Producing presentations and visual content in PowerPoint
* Supporting basic motion graphics and video content
Marketing & communications
* Creating regular content for LinkedIn and other channels
* Updating website layouts and content (CMS-based)
* Supporting SEO-led content updates
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and business initiatives
* Supporting general marketing admin and delivery as needed
What you'll bring
Skills & experience
* Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign (Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Express desirable)
* Comfortable with basic website updates and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
* Confident producing diagrams, visuals and layouts
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* A sound theoretical understanding of SEO and digital marketing

* Able to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
