The HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department within the retail industry. This role, based in Hull, will focus on dealing with Employee Relations matters across the business. Collaborating with the wider HR team Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Have managed Employee Relations casework Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
