The Three Tuns are looking for a hardworking and committed Sous Chef with a passion for great cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients to work in Henley on Thames.
As a proactive Sous Chef with a positive attitude, The Three Tuns will give you the opportunity to work alongside our Chef Director Scott Smith in developing the menus and supporting the training of the team. Scott Smith is award winning Chef with Michelin Background, who also oversees the sister site The Oarsman in Marlow.

The successful Sous Chef should:
* Have a least 5 years experience in appropriate role
* Be able to train and develop junior team
* Be great communicator
* Be proactive and keen to develop further skills in the kitchen
* Have a passion for cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients
* Be creative and imaginative with their cooking

Pay: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
