HSE Officer - What will you do:
* Provide advice and expertise on HSE to SLT and c-suite level across the business.
* Monitor and track legislative changes, conducting annual reviews of HSE policies and procedures.
* Develop the HSE culture across the business.
* Mentor employees in the business from a HSE perspective.
* Produce concise, accurate reports for incidents, carrying out accident and incident investigations when incidents arise.
HSE Officer- What will you need:
* A technical and professional qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
* Previous experience in a similar HSE role with board level responsibility.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience leading incident investigations, determining root cause, and implementing and recommending preventative measures.
* Energy/Utilities experience would be desirable.
