Add to favourites View favourites We're Hiring - Customer Sales Advisor Be the friendly face of the station-welcoming customers, selling tickets, and helping people travel with confidence. Key responsibilities? Deliver excellent customer service Sell tickets and services accurately and efficiently Support customers with queries and journey planning Maintain ticket machines and complete basic admin tasks What we're looking for? Customer service experience Strong communication & attention to detail Confident, proactive, and calm under pressure Able to work independently and as part of a team Roster? Shifts between 07:00 - 19:00 Working across all days, including weekends & bank holidays Due to the shift pattern, applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. What to Expect? After submitting your application, you'll complete an online Situational Judgement Test (recommended on a laptop/computer). Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview. Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Basic DBS check. Full training will be provided, including a 3-week training programme in Swindon. About GWR?
