We’re working with a specialist school in Sunderland who are looking for a caring and motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. You’ll play a key role in supporting children with additional needs, helping them to feel confident, included, and ready to learn.

Your role will include:
5. Providing classroom support to pupils with SEND
6. Assisting with small-group and 1:1 learning activities
7. Supporting children with communication, behaviour, and social development
8. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver consistent support
What we’re looking for:
9. Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent experience)
10. Experience supporting children in schools (SEND desirable)
11. Strong teamwork and communication skills
12. A calm, patient, and flexible approach
