Paralegal / Fee Earner – Altrincham – On-site – Permanent – £40,000
We are working with a well-established legal firm based in Altrincham who are looking to bring an experienced Paralegal / Fee Earner into their Personal Injury team. This opportunity has come about due to continued growth, and would suit someone confident managing their own caseload who is looking to join a stable and supportive environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Personal Injury matters, supporting clients throughout the full process while ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of Personal Injury matters from inception through to completion
* Providing clear, professional support and advice to clients
* Liaising with insurers and third parties throughout the claims process
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
About You
* Paralegal with around 5-6 years experience, or a Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in Personal Injury
* Strong understanding of Personal Injury processes and procedures
* Comfortable managing a busy caseload independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive approach with a focus on client service
