What Youll Do:
Organise and arrange all customer appointments required to support the delivery of the planned works and compliance programmes and stock condition surveys.
Send all supporting customer communication and keeping a record in relevant CRM and Housing Management systems.
Raise all work relating to planned works and compliance programmes, raising relevant purchase orders or payments
Proactive customer communications, keeping customers always informed of progress, liaising with customers and maintenance technicians to amend or reschedule works.
Monitor the progress of outstanding works, documenting, and escalating issues of no access.
First point of contact for customer queries regarding the planned investment and compliance work programmes.
What Youll Need:
A passion for customer experience and delivering excellent customer service.
Experience of working in a customer service or customer contact role.
Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.
