You will be passionate about people and providing superb guest service Job Responsibilities To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department; To make king and double size beds; To service public areas when required; To hoover corridors at the end of a shift; To ensure that the trolley used has been fully stocked and is clean for the next day Qualifications To clean the public areas and maintain them at all times; To clean and check public restrooms on an hourly basis; To keep the lifts clean at all times; To ensure safety when cleaning by using the caution signs; To service bedrooms when required; To help out in other areas when required; Provide a channel for communication within the hotel to effectively deal with all telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner; To carry out cleaning as required;
