They’ve been established for a while, and with that comes stability and a solid reputation. However, they don’t stand still, they’re innovative, ambitious and want to keep evolving.
The Position:
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the brand forward, reviewing tone of voice, brand positioning, lead generation and content. Working with key stakeholders to understand strategy across marketing and sales, how they work with one another and executing what’s needed.
This role would suit someone who is creative, doesn’t wait to be told to do something, has their own ideas and is great at what they do.
Most marketing roles, at this stage are all about delivery, being told what to do and then executing. There is some of this, but we’re also hoping we find someone who is switched on, can progress quickly and doesn’t want to be stuck in that loop of doing the same thing day after day for the next two years.
So, if you’re forward thinking, driven, proactive, creative and want to make an impact with the freedom to work autonomously and be a big part of driving a business forward, this is a great opportunity.
Perhaps you’re a Marketing Executive that’s got 3-4 years of experience or a Marketing Manager who feels stuck, this could be the role for you.
It’s a generalist role, so an overall skillset across the marketing spectrum is what’s needed. But, we’re not looking for someone to go through the motions here, the role is tough but with this, the rewards and recognition will come.
The role requires you to be on site 5 days a week, with some possibility in the future to have scope to work from home one day a week. This is how the business operates and how everyone in the business works.
