Consult are supporting one of our long-term partners, a market leading healthcare solutions provider with a strong footprint across the UK dental sector, who are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive on a 12-month maternity cover (fixed-term contract) to join their driven, innovative digital team. About the Role
You’ll play a key role across email, paid media, SEO, automation and web optimisation to drive engagement, revenue and brand performance. This suits someone naturally curious, proactive and excited by experimentation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Build and optimise targeted email campaigns & automated workflows
* Support PPC, paid social & SEO activity to drive traffic, leads and sales
* Assist with digital budget management and periodic performance reporting
* Help plan and create content in collaboration with internal creative teams
* Analyse campaign performance - reporting on insight, ROI & recommendations
* Work alongside design and content teams with clear briefs and timelines
* Support CSR focused campaigns through strong storytelling and messaging
* Ensure GDPR compliant workflow and data-driven best practice
* Stay current with digital trends, tools and emerging AI-enhanced solutions
* Present findings and campaign results to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
* A marketing related degree or CIM qualification is beneficial, but practical capability matters most.
Required Skills
* Experience in digital marketing in B2B and/or e-commerce environments
* Hands‑on exposure to marketing automation platforms (HubSpot ideal)
* Working knowledge of PPC, SEO and paid social
* Experience using Google/META advertising platforms desirable
* Ability to interpret data and share meaningful, actionable insights
* Strong written communication and proofreading skills
* Organised, deadline driven and confident managing multiple stakeholders
* Proactive and curious mindset with a desire to keep learning
* Awareness of GDPR and compliant marketing practice
* Interest in AI enhanced tools and marketing automation

* Creative with strong commercial awareness
* Reliable and structured approach to planning and delivery

Pay range and compensation package
* Up to £35,000 Base Salary - Dependent on Experience
