The Job: Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician
Working in a large centre, you will be carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
Warranty repairs are per the manufacturer's guidelines and relevant write up is complete
Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
As a Vehicle Technician you will service and repair vehicles including performing basic diagnostics
You will perform interim, full, and major services on all types of cars
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communicationJob Experience: Vehicle Technician
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
