Iconic Resourcing are excited to present an opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor/Senior Solicitor who can be based either in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Our client, a prominent Scottish law firm are looking to further strengthen the Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor/Senior Solicitor.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Providing full support to a busy residential conveyancing team.
* Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and referrers while identifying new business development opportunities.
* Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring a high standard of client service.
* Drafting and revising legal documentation.
* Examining title deeds.
* Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges.
* Supporting junior team members where required.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Scottish Qualified Solicitor with proven track record in residential conveyancing
* Ability to build relationships and seek out new business opportunities

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly motivated and driven
