About the Role: As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our fast-paced administration department. Your responsibilities will include supporting our branch and ensuring compliance with all Group and legal requirements. Key duties encompass: - Maintaining accurate vehicle records, including deal files. - Referencing the Group vehicle admin policy to ensure adherence. - Registering ancillaries such as warranties, service plans, roadside assistance, and gap insurance within agreed timescales. - Processing deals through the system promptly and in accordance with Group and legal requirements. - Accurately ordering vehicles in line with dealership guidelines. - Managing and coordinating the distribution of documents within the Sales Department and with other departments. - Processing invoices, paperwork, and customer details efficiently. - Ordering, updating, checking, and recording all vehicle stock details. - Promptly completing taxation for sold vehicles to support customer delivery handovers. - Assisting with general ad hoc administration duties as needed.
