PPM Coordinator

I am currently partnering with a leading Facilities Management provider based in St. Albans to find an efficient and proactive PPM Coordinator to join their team!

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance requirements—from fabric to mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring every issue is logged, triaged, and dispatched with precision. This is a fast-paced environment where logical planning and meeting strict period deadlines are the keys to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be the seamless execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring the contract remains fully compliant and operationally sound.

* Take full ownership of planning, releasing, and allocating PPM jobs, utilizing the CAFM system and Excel to ensure logical scheduling for engineers.

* Meticulously check engineer worksheets for signatures, dates, and job numbers, renaming and filing paperwork according to strict standard conventions.

* Ensure PPM SLAs are maintained at 100% and manage "zero cost" jobs within the CAFM system.

* Arrange and progress subcontractor PPMs, chasing completion paperwork to ensure no gaps in service.

* Raise remedial jobs as identified, generate statistical reports, and issue the "All Released" spreadsheet to the client within four days of the period end.

* Undertake helpdesk training to provide competent cover for reactive maintenance when required.

The successful candidate will have:

* Proven background in planning and scheduling engineers (FM experience is a major plus).

* Proficiency in CAFM systems and Excel

* A high standard for paperwork accuracy and the ability to spot errors before they reach the client.

* The ability to work under pressure, take ownership of problems, and deal professionally with challenging situations or people.

* Exceptional customer service skills and a self-motivated, professional "can-do" attitude.
