We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team, on a full- time permanent basis! This role involves occasional weekend work and varying shift patterns so flexibility is a must. Who are Thatchers Cider? Since 1904, Thatchers has been crafting some of the world’s best cider. Now in our fifth generation of family cider makers, we take pride in our Somerset roots. We’ve grown a lot, thanks to big investments in marketing, people development, innovative tech, and our world-class cider mill. But guess what? We’re just getting started. What will I be doing? As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll learn everything there is to know about delivering outstanding customer service. Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, assisting in the online sales warehouse, as well as working in our on-site shop, you will have the chance to develop insight into our business and will gain a strong grounding of expertise in your role. Specifically, you will learn how to: Manage incoming and outgoing calls to customers Use bespoke IT software to carry out your day-to-day job Place customer orders and assist with promotional items/POS Process installation requests and repairs for customers Complete monthly reporting Manage the Thatchers Cider Shop – selling products to the public and replenishing stock Help with packaging online sales to go out to customers What are we looking for? To be considered as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need: A good level of IT skills and be happy to learn new software systems The ability to analyse data and prepare reports Good telephone manner Highly organised, with good attention to detail To be confident dealing with people at all levels To be a proactive problem solver To be resilient and flexible, with the ability to accept and adapt to changing situations Personal Qualities: Confident and good with dealing with people at all levels Thirst for knowledge Smartly presented Someone who loves to get things done, with a proactive, problem-solving approach Strong work ethic and can-do attitude What are the perks?
